How About a Bill of Responsibilities Rather Than A Bill of Rights

Yeah I can see what you're saying. But people often times don't know what it's like being President until they're actually President. I think President Obama had envisioned a peaceful and harmonious bi-partisan process during the election phase.
I also think it was a major mistake on his part for giving out that questionnaire to military personnel about gays in the military. That was also being too idealistic. If military personnel are encouraged to think independently and question each issue it weakens the strength of the military as a whole.
